“NEW EGO”, 2021 Fall & Winter Campaign, represents the process, environment, method, way and thought to reach a new ego and introduces a more organized and revised collection of Bruant by putting changes and adaptations following surroundings into products.

21Winter Campaign "NEW EGO"는 새로운 자아까지 도달하기 위한 과정이나 환경, 방법, 수단, 사상 등을 나타내며 조건에 맞추어 변화하고 적응한 모습을 제품에 녹여서 보다 정돈되고 개정된 브루앙의 컬렉션을 선보입니다.

ORDER 주문 및 배송

- 총 주문금액이 50,000원 미만일 경우 배송비 2,900원이 추가됩니다.

- 제주, 산간벽지 및 도서지방 지역은 배송비가 추가될 수 있습니다.

- 배송기간은 결제 후 2~5일 정도 소요됩니다. (토요일, 공휴일 제외)

- 주문 제품이 발송된 경우에는 취소가 불가능합니다.

EXCHANGE RETURNING 교환 및 반품

- 상품 수령 후 미사용 제품에 한하여 48시간 이내에 게시판을 통해 접수해 주시고 7일 이내에 제품을 보내주셔야 가능합니다.

- 단순 변심으로 인한 교환 및 반품은 게시판에 사전 접수 부탁드리겠습니다 .

- 단순 변심에 의한 제품 교환은 왕복 택배비가 부담됩니다. (사이즈 교환, 컬러 교환 등)

- 반품 시 반품 제품을 제외한 나머지 금액이 50,000원 이상일 경우에는 반품 택배비(3,100원)만 차감됩니다.

- 제품 공정 과정 중 발생할 수 있는 초크 자국, 실밥, 미세한 실측 차이, 패턴 불규칙 등은 불량으로 간주되지 않습니다.

- 제조업체 책임으로 발생한 상품 하자, 오배송의 경우 교환 및 반품 배송비는 브루앙에서 부담합니다. 

- 고객님의 부주의로 인해 제품이 훼손 및 오염된 경우 교환, 반품 사유에 해당하지 않습니다.

- 교환 및 반품의 경우 수령한 상태 그대로 재포장하여 보내주시기 바랍니다. 개봉 중 패키지 및 사은품 등 손상되었을 경우 추가 비용 및 교환, 환불이 어려울 수 있습니다.

ORDER

- Free shipping in case the total order amount is over USD 400.

- Shipment takes 2~5 days after payment (Except Saturday and holiday)

- Cancellation is not possible if the ordered product has been shipped.

EXCHANGE RETURNING

- It is only possible when you register by bulletin board within 48 hours after receiving product and send to us the product within 7 days.

- In the case of exchange or return due to simple change of mind, you need to deposit the round-trip or one-way delivery fee after pre-registration.

- If the rest of the money is over USD 400 except for the returned product, you only need to deposit the one-way delivery fee.

- Chalk marks, thread, tiny measure differences, pattern irregularities, etc. that may occur during the product process are not considered to be defective products.

- If the product is damaged or contaminated due to your carelessness, it does not constitute a reason for exchange or return.

- For exchanges and returns, please repackage and send them as they were received. Damage to packages and freebies during the opening may result in additional costs or difficulty in exchange or refund.
